Bone and Occlusal Planes required for planning
All cases must include a bone reduction plane, planned near the heads of the implants as learned in Design Certification. Without the reduction plane, a case cannot be designed.

Critical compatibility information
Please ensure the implant you want to plan is available in our Plug-In. The below tables provide the updated information to ensure that you can fully plan your case. The grids below offer different levels of item availability. We update this as we create agreements with the implant companies.

Grid 1 – Full Compatibility

These implants provide the highest level of compatibility for planning and designing your case. The implants are OEM, the MUA’s are actual files from the manufacturer so that when you pick the abutment and collar height, the prosthetic holes are exact. The sleeves are automatically chosen with defaults and must be verified for your specific guided kit, and a manufacturer Drill Sequence Report can be generated on the ‘yes’ implants.

(*drill sequence is acquired from implant company’s standard protocols)

Grid 2 – Partial Compatibility (simple MUA substitution)

These implants provide a very good level of compatibility for planning and designing your case. The implants are OEM, the MUA’s will be exchanged with RealGuide’s closest option called 3Diemme. The sleeves are automatically chosen with defaults and must be verified for your specific guided kit, and a manufacturer Drill Sequence Report can be generated for some and not others.

(*drill sequence is acquired from implant company’s standard protocols)

Grid 3 –Outsource to GuidedSMILE (requires customized components, sleeve and reports)

These implants are possible with GuidedSMILE and we have made hundreds of cases. However, the software company has not been permitted the files needed for DIY activity for GuidedSMILE type cases. Please send your plan for GuidedSMILE to modify and finalize or records to begin a case. Fees change based on the amount of accurate work-up of completed prior to submission.

(*drill sequence is acquired from implant company’s standard protocols)

Sleeveless Settings for GuidedSMILE LITE Cases

Use the below settings for sleeveless GuidedSMILE or CombiGuide LITE. Do not use these settings for metal. Metal guides should have OEM sleeves, which should be purchased from GuidedSMILE or the implant manufacturer. Notice the image labelled “Sleeve Set-Up Settings Window ” and input the below numbers and save as a name you will recognize.
