Login Into Your Account

Go to guidedsmile.com/FTNI and login into your GuidedSMILE FTNI portal.

How to activate your account

You should gave received an email within the last few days with the information needed below, if not call us at 800-763-7821 or email us at care@guidedsmile.com.

Your previous account has been transferred to the new platform. To complete the process, you are required to establish a new password.

  1. Go to guidedsmile.com/FTNI
  2. Select Forgot Password
  3. Enter the information required (Customer ID, Zip Code, Email) to receive a Reset Link for your new password
  4. Create a new password and login into the portal. Your information will not be loaded into it until the first week of April.
  5. Review your payment settings and edit them if necessary.
