GUIDEDSMILE PINS AND DRILLS
GuidedSMILE pins and drills are necessary to pin the Fixation Base, and the specific length is listed on your order form. You MUST have the right size and quantity for your surgery. Pins and drills are reusable for several surgeries. Purchase when needed.
OSTEOTOMY GUIDES
Each case comes automatically with 1 Osteotomy Guide. Some cases require multiple Osteotomy Guides. Please ensure you order the required quantity of additional guides plus all sleeves necessary as indicated in your RealGUIDE plan.
If the Osteotomy Guide requires OEM or 3rd party sleeves, rather than native CHROME metal, provide the quantity and GuidedSMILE will ship with the case.
BACK-UP DENTURE
Economy dentures are available. They are for wearing only, not for converting and loading. If a higher end denture is needed for conversion, or long-term use, choose the Premium back-up denture option.
C2F SMALL HOLE TECHNOLOGY
C2F means delivering immediate prosthetics with 2.5mm holes, rather than the typical industry-standard larger holes. It dramatically improves the prosthesis performance by maintaining the principal structure of the manufactured material, preserves the ideally designed occlusion, provides an extra-oral method of equilibration, and allows for the creation a master cast on the day of surgery.

The SurgiMat provides the doctor with surgical, technical and visual information, and drill information needed to complete the surgery. Kit includes the SurgiMat, Drill Sequence, CHROME Box, and Plugs and gaskets.
Client will print the report from RealGUIDE for surgery. The report may not include all needed information for the surgery, such as the Drill Sequence and OEM parts to provide doctor. Office will need to have the Drill Protocol.
